Technical rubber

We produce technical rubber exactly to the needs of your operation. For every order we select the compound that withstands the actual conditions – contact with oils and fuels, weather and UV, high temperatures, abrasion or dynamic stress.

We take care of the whole product from design to final inspection: we choose the material, design the moulding tool according to order volume and repeatability, and deliver the finished part including any metal or other inserts. Fast turnaround and 100 % inspection of raw materials and finished products are standard.

Processed compounds

Processed compounds

A wide range of elastomers lets us match the part to temperature, media and mechanical load – including rubber coating of rollers for conveyors and production machines.

  • NBR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NR, silicone and Viton (FKM)
  • Hardness from 40 °ShA to 95 °ShA
  • Various colour versions
Rubber springs – silent blocks

Rubber springs – silent blocks

Silent blocks and rubber springs absorb vibration, shocks and noise from machines, pumps, engines and vehicles. We develop new parts to your specification or replace original parts that are no longer available.

  • New product development to supplied specification
  • Optimal design of the part and the mould
  • Replacement of original parts from a sample
Rubber-to-metal products

Rubber-to-metal products

Vulcanised rubber-to-metal bonding combines the load capacity of metal with the elasticity and damping of rubber. We supply the metal parts ourselves or use parts provided by the customer.

  • Steel and rubber
  • Aluminium and rubber
  • Brass and rubber

A rubber compound for every environment

Choosing the right elastomer determines the service life of the part. We recommend the compound that best suits the temperature, media and mechanical load in your operation.

  • NBR – resistance to oils, greases and fuels
  • EPDM – weather, ozone, UV, hot water and steam
  • CR (chloroprene) – all-round resistance to weather and oils
  • NR and SBR – high elasticity and abrasion resistance
  • Silicone – wide operating temperature range
  • Viton (FKM) – high temperatures and aggressive chemicals

From a single piece to series production

Moulds are always designed with order volume, series size and repeatability in mind. For prototypes and small batches we choose simpler, cost-effective tooling; for repeat orders, moulds that guarantee consistent quality and a low price per piece. We work from drawings as well as from samples.

Frequently asked questions

What rubber hardness can you produce?

We process compounds from 40 to 95 °ShA. Softer compounds suit seals and vibration damping, harder ones parts exposed to pressure and abrasion. We will recommend the right hardness for your application.

Can you make a rubber part from a sample without a drawing?

Yes. We measure the sample, propose a suitable compound and production method and send you a quotation. If the original wore out quickly, we can choose a more durable material.

Is a mould worthwhile for small batches?

We always design the mould according to the order volume. For small batches and prototypes we choose simpler tooling so that the cost matches the quantity.

Have a drawing or a sample?

Send us an inquiry with a drawing, sample or description of the part. We will get back to you with a solution, a recommended material and a price.
