Polyurethane roller coating

A polyurethane coating protects the roller against abrasion, material build-up and corrosion – ideal for conveyor, guide and pressure rollers.

Ceramic lagging

Ceramic lagging provides maximum friction between pulley and belt even in wet and dirty conditions, preventing belt slip on conveyor drive pulleys.

Rubber roller coating

A rubber surface absorbs shocks, reduces noise and improves grip. The compound is chosen for resistance to oils, weather, temperature or abrasion.

Complete supply of rollers and fittings

No need to coordinate several suppliers. We deliver complete rollers including surface treatment as well as industrial fittings and take care of the whole process from specification to delivery.

Which roller coating should I choose?

Polyurethane is best where abrasion resistance and anti-build-up properties matter. Ceramic lagging suits drive pulleys that need maximum friction even when wet. Rubber absorbs shocks and noise and offers all-round grip. We are happy to advise for your specific operation.
